This was done as a birthday picture for my good freind and aspiring actress Kat, back in April. I'm really proud of this one, so I decided it was high time I posted it.
The title of the movie and picture is kind of a personal joke, as we were both in extention english in high school, and had to study the crime fiction genre for a whole year, and I think we ended up watching The Big Sleep 5 or more times.
Consequently her favourite movie is Sin City or was at the time I drew this.
On the back I think I've written that I'm just prempting the day when she stars in a massive blockbuster.
Materials:
Derwent Studio coloured pencils (my second attempt at using then) and black ballpoint pen on A3 watercolour paper.
