Trying out a new style i discovered was quite cool when i did a little design for Mez, (this looks nothing like it)
and I REALLY like the effect.

this one is designed to start on the outside of my hipbone and swirl around to the front-ish bit of my thigh. not exactly center though, on that outer front quater.

I am considering getting this inked so i ask that people don't use this design; if you want something similar it is easy enough to comission me for something original :) and these are fun to do.

design copyright to Rhiannon Finn Lavis please do not copy or redistrubute without my express written permission. THIS IS NOT STOCK EITHER.

if you break my rules ill set ninjas after you.

 love to everyone who comments and favs, i always appreciate it!

Commenting because I faved the image and I just happend to read the post about how you like comments more then faves! So letting you know...I faved. I'm not going to take your art...I like this one, and I faved cuz 1) I liked it 2) (most important!) I need way to find you again so I can look at your stuff when I have more time (not at my computer at the moment). Soo yay? Your stuff is pretty...um...virtual cookies all round?

haha  you're a sweetie. Thanks heaps! Comments are about 100 times better than faves because I get to know who you are and what you like about it, and get to respond with somethin that isnt "hey thanks for teh fav" because that just pisses me off on mine.
Thanks for making the effort, I'm glad you like it :D

wow i really like this!!! i was imagining it something around like a shoulder area though.... coming up off the bottom of say a left shoulder blade and running along the back shoulder and partially up the neck. it is a very nice tatoo though :D i love how its elegant and sexy yet tribal at the same time ^^; wonderful job

This looks really good. If it weren't so big I might have my first real option for a first tattoo ;)

Love the swirls and it's complex simplicity.

it would be easy enough to make small, to about the size of your palm and still keep the majority of the details, it would only be the very thin lines and the tiny dots which might need to be removed, or thickened.
OR (shame less advertising) you could always comission me for something similar but customised. :)
but seriously, thankyou; im really glad you like it.

I don't mean resizing it, though. I meant like having half of it, hehe. I'll fav it, I'll think about it ;)

Very nice, I now understand why you were hesitant about showing people. I designed something similar, which I will soon be putting up. The oe i designed is more like the ace I did earlier, which I guess you could call similar. I like this very much, if it gets ined I would very much like to see a photo of it.

oh man, when i get anything inked, EVERYONE will be seeing it, wether they want to or not.
ive already got a heap of backless shirts just so i can show off my spine one when i get it done  and im going to force some helpless photographer freind to take a zillion photos of it and me looking fantastic.

dude, the ability to draw is only forcing your hand to do what your brain wants it to. the more you practice at it, the better you'll be at making yout hand draw what your brain sees. the difficulty is in being able to see it right. everything is just a series of shapes, so draw them individually instead of trying to do the whole thing all at once, and learn to see things as if they were in a photograph, so you can get the sublte angles of lines which makes the picture look realistic if thats what you're going for.
With designs like this, its just a matter of finding the trick of thinking or planning your picture which makes it come out right.
